Sometimes there are some issues, but not enough for me to make their service any less than a 5. And when there are problems it's out of anyone's hands, but Afrihost still works tirelessly to fix it ASAP. And every time I have needed support help they were able to help me in less than an hour. Doesn't matter what time of the day it is - Afrihost is there to assist - I had late night problems and they still called back - the WhatsApp service is brilliant - quick and easy!
