Support and help is fast and great, but there is a problem enforcing SLAs with the fibre network provider. Afrihost hand the problem over to Metrofibre but then their hands is cut of. Thanks for that service. My problem does not reside with Afrihost but with the Fibre network provider. I have a fibre problem now for 3 weeks running and the fibre provider by name Mertofibre does not come out to fix or don't know how to fix the problem. Waiting now 2 weeks for Metrofibre technician to call me or show up. I have VERY SLOWWWW speed. Worse then a 64 k dial-up modem.

Signed up to Afrihost from another ISP and wow what a difference! Their level of service is incredible. The WhatsApp chat feature is a one stop inquiry shop for all issues from technical to billing. No more emails bouncing from one department to the next or being on the phone for hours. Internet access and speed is great, no issues at all. Very very very happy I made the switch. My only regret is not joining them sooner.

I wanted a second independent fiber connection to the same house address - one apartment upstairs with a tenant in another apartment downstairs. AFTER 5 weeks with constant following up, YodaCom told me: "that's very complicated, impossible". Afrihost - carefully went through entire process with me, very patient agent communicating via Whatsapp, all organized, second apartment no problem, all sorted. Highly recommend Afrihost.
